Quick process; Details retained; Price competitive; Good coverage choices

Quick process as our details were retained from previous insurance events. Website is easy to use and the Q&A part is very useful for checking or verifying what is being covered and where. Price was competitive previously and so this time we went straight to VisitorsCoverage. The choice of coverage is extensive as well; with guidelines for selecting different coverage levels depending on the factors involved in the particular journey.

Visitors Coverage Website Easy to Use and Comprehensive

Visitors Coverage website easy to use. Good range of coverage options.They also provide cover for things such as adventure sports which might be useful in the future. I was not sure whether the coverage I paid for was in US dollars - I assumed that it was. It would be nice to have a currency choice option so that I could see how much the insurance was costing in my currency i.e. Australian dollars. Overall an excellent experience purchasing insurance cover from Visitors Coverage.

Easy to order. Freight very reasonable. Received in Australia quite quickly.

Easy to order - I was ordering from Indonesia. Price for goods was very competitive even with exchange rate conversion and GST added. Shipping cost to Australia quite reasonable. Arrived in fairly quick time given the RAM was shipped from USA to Australia. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend buying from OWC.

Why I use Nusa Trip.

Easy to make booking. Email response very quick. Details complete. Payment easy unlike another competitor who won't accept my Australian Visa card for some reason. Nusa Trip every time for us now. Wings hopeless as usual (NOT your fault I know).

Easy to choose items. Cross referencing very good. Quality of items is very good and thoughtful i.e. listing extra quiet vibrators. Just don't use your Back button if you have an item in your Basket

Easy to deal with. Upgraded vehicle to 8 seater Kia Carnival for same $ as 5 seater because requested car unavailable. Compared many rental companies. Best price obtained by booking through Expedia.
