Shopping in Goldsmith is easy and straightforward. The Customer service team is awesome too.

Avoid this trader! Christmas and new year 's been and gone. They did not bother to call or update how they are going to resolve the complaint. They are still waiting for Mike the cleaner who damaged my oven to sort it. This company just wants the money and don't care about customer service. I lost hope that they will replace the panel and hobs their cleaner damaged. Charge to experience. If you don't look after your customers you will soon don't have one.

Don't be deceived by the rating here. They have another name on trust pilot - Ovensupport Ltd t/a cleaner ovens - check it out it's extremely bad.

Mike the cleaner badly scratched my oven frame and the pan support in February. I reported and sent pictures on the same day to oven support customer services. Been speaking to Sarah from the complaints team . It's now mid November I'm still awaiting decision from the director of the company Denise Evans. What a complete joke!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I had our oven cleaned back in February. The guy who did it damaged the oven frames and pan support . They were badly scratched. I reported it to the company the same day and sent pictures to show the damaged. Unfortunately until now it's not sorted. They are still looking into it. So avoid this trader! They only want the money but does not care about their customers. 27/10/21 It has been 7 days since you asked me to to email you the details and until now, I haven't heard from anyone.

My order came on the date advised. I was kept informed on the status of delivery. The delivery guys were friendly and professional.

I ordered the anthracite radiators. They look fabulous and stylish in our living room at the same time keep us warm.

Love it! For the fraction of the actual prize. Wise buy!
