I can’t thank you enough for making what should be a stressful experience such an easy transaction moving experience.
We have moved over 3hrs away and when we finally got to our destination the guys didn’t rush us so they could get home they were very attentive.

Thankyou to Jordan for sorting out my return of my Vax Platinum Smartwash which stopped working after 2 days. When I initially phoned I was told I had to await a letter to arrange return. The letter didn’t arrive on the day it was supposed too so I went through the online chat where Jordan sorted out the return promptly and have been told to wait 3-5 days once machine has been collected for my new machine to be sent. I did ask why as my other machine came next day, with this Jordan has said my new machine will be sent next day after collection. Just shows you need to be a bit pushy to get results, especially when it wasn’t a cheap purchase

Purchased a gilet (quality was awful) I returned on 08/11 as of 29/12 I have still not received my refund despite constant emails. I was told I
had to wait 28 days for a refund.
Well it’s now 29 business days and still nothing - this will be escalated to my credit card claim
