Ordered 2 robin plates. One was defective as transfer missing in places. Customer services were very helpful in organising replacement. I needed to contact them as the website asked for photo evidence and then said the size of the photo was too large so I was unable to make progress via the website. This is the first time I have had any issues with Emma Bridgewater products.

Plants delivered this morning email saying they had been dispatched
received 5 15pm this afternoon. The label had been placed on box upside down meaning some of the plug plants had fallen out of their space. Not the delivery drivers fault but the packers. Hopeful after good watering they will survive.
