New customer

As a new customer I am looking forward to the superior service advertised by Gigaclear. Maggie explained everything clearly and concisely as we signed up for a six month trial to see how we get on with it. We have been very disappointed with eh copper cable offerings to date, having moved into the area 3 weeks ago from a full fibre service at another address.

Professional and efficient team. Two separate moves coordinated by Julie and overseen by Dan. Everything went smoothly, all timings were honoured and no breakages. Would recommend Bournes anytime for an excellent service from start to finish.

Speedy delivery.

Speedy delivery.
Bought hats for all the family for Christmas after nearly getting knocked down on a crossing at 4pm. Everyone was happy and I will not worry so much about the kids jogging in the dark. Nice and reflective but subtle in daylight

Item still hasn’t arrived.

Item still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it was ‘on its way’ before Christmas. This is likely due to the poor courier service chosen by Lakeland.
I wouldn’t buy again if the same court service was to be used.

Falsified signature on non-delivered parcel

Ref case number CC4DF23E. Delivery of a parcel scheduled for between 10.20 and 11.30 on Wednesday 20th July was signed for by "Batey" at 10.48. This was a blatant untruth as it was not delivered or signed fro by me at that time. After sending a few emails the parcel turned up at 4.30 the same day with the excuse that it had been delivered to the wrong address, opened and sent back. This is nonsense as I know the people at the 'wrong' address it was supposedly delivered to and they did not receive it or sign for it. I asked the driver how can it be signed for in my name if it was the wrong address. He refused to answer. I then queried that the parcel was in fact unopened and why had he said it had been opened - again, he did not answer. He placed the parcel on the floor and left without even an apology. Draw your own conclusions as to what was going on.
