Booked an appointment for a tetanus shot after having a deep cut. At arrival I was told that because of policy, such a shot can only be given prophylactic. I was still forced to pay a consultancy fee of £20. There was no mentioning on the website when booking that there was such a requirement. All in all a poor experience and pretty out of order.

All as arranged, no problems

Used Oncologica often before and all was flawless. This time it took 5 days to get my test result. My partners test, mailed at the same time came back with a test result in 2 days. I tried to contact Oncologica to escalate the problem but it proved impossible to do so. Their customer services operation appears to be shut down or overwhelmed.

We were asked to pay important charges by DHL when the Ledger ordered arrived (we ordered on what appears a Swiss website with CHF quoted prices but the item was actually shipped from France it turns out). When raising this with Ledger.com it took them a while to respond but eventually when getting back they kindly refunded the additional costs instantly. Overall a pretty good experience and hopefully this issue with import charges was a one-off incident.

I can highly recommend this on-line website. The collection of glasses is amazing and well documented on the website which is easy to navigate.
