I can highly recommend this on-line website. The collection of glasses is amazing and well documented on the website which is easy to navigate. I ordered one item I had to return (didn't fit and never had an opportunity to try previous to ordering) and this was all managed very smoothly and professionally. I have since ordered other items which were delivered fast and in mint condition (Pretavoir puts a lot of effort into detail, including packaging). All in all a 5-star recommendation without hesitation.
