A good website experience with a reasonable choice of devices. Although the range could be wider, nonetheless the prices and range of plans are very competitive.
In my 4 years of using this provider I've never experienced connection problems and so the coverage must be awarded too ratings in my experience

This app does exactly as it promises. The interface is easy to use, the flexibility to include or exclude other apps from the protection provided is very useful to me.

I am now entering my third year with OVO having previously being a promiscuous mover in the energy market.
Yes I could get energy a little cheaper elsewhere (although I could also pay a lot more too), but would be hard to find such a friendly open customer service experience anywhere. For the first time I feel as if my energy supplier actually cares that I have a positive experience and not just consume.
I also feel that the opportunity to contribute to the OVO foundation work and the option to get my electricity from renewable sources is very important to me.
The 3% interest on over payments is an excellent touch too. Keep up the good work OVO!
