Great communication from start to delivery with every correspondence clear and understandable. Staff i dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful with all queries i had. Whole process was seamless and i would use them again. Highly recommended.
Excellent from start to finish. Booking to returning home Jet2 are always excellent. Will not go on holiday with anyone else. We've done package and villa holidays and never an issue.
Very good and professional company from start to finish who got a good price for my car without the hassle of trying to sell private or using other car purchase companies. Would recommend them and use again in the future.
I would give a zero star rating if it was an option. Renewal came through for bike insurance which was more than when I got a new quote on line for the same company. Called them and explained and they made the renewal even cheaper than the new quote - poor they do this as I bet not many customers would call to even discuss their renewals and just pay the new premium.
As a result of the above I took out car insurance with them as was a very competitive quote. Did this via a comparison website and guessed purchase date as Feb 2018 as new it was round about that time and have never known this to make a massive difference to policies. I have now been charged an admin fee of £30 to change it to actual purchase date of 13 Jan 2018 (even though premium did not change) and no matter how I discussed this with various customer service agents they were not interested at all purely more interested in taking the money than looking after a loyal customer - certainly won't renew with them and advise other people to go with them as will charge for anything.
Even though the company have responded it is still unacceptable and all they quote is T&C's but £30 admin charge to change a purchase date of a car by 2 weeks is unbelievable and they are clearly not interested in customer retention.(Jet 2 only charged me £50 admin fee to change a complete holiday so say no more!!)

Agree with the others I wish I had not used them either as my son's laptop was collected nearly 3 weeks ago by DPD courier and I too have not heard a thing and have chased by numerous emails to the various email address's on their web site.
I too have tried the phone number which has no reference to the company either so looks like a total scam!!
