Worst online company that I’ve had the experience of buying from. My box arrived damaged with one of the products opened and the contents in the box. I can’t see how the value of the contents add up to £35 for me personally and was very disappointed in the items. Unfortunately by the time you receive the items as a first time buyer, it’s already too late to cancel which seems very unfair as you don’t know if you’d be happy with what you receive? So have to get another box which is frustrating.

Ordered from the company after seeing their products on Facebook. I ordered a soap and deodorant, I got in contact with them regarding the scent and they sent out a replacement. Would highly recommend ordering from this company, great products and customer service.

Motorway as a company was very good but unfortunately buyer offered considerably less which is frustrating but as needed the cash. Be mindful that the buyer will most likely try this, especially if your car is older.

Jeans are fantastic, best I’ve ever brought for slim fitted jeans. Highly recommend. The tracksuit was returned as the material was thin and I prefer the thick fleece type.

Postage and return costs are a lot higher than necessary. Item was not as described. Disappointing experience.

I received Carpenters' services via my car insurance and Patrick Maginn was assigned to my case after my car was involved in a traffic collision. He kept me updated throughout and I was satisfied with the outcome and the compensation I received. It was one of the reasons I stayed and renewed with the insurance company as I was impressed with the legal services and representation that Carpenters offer.

Excellent clothing brand which is very competitive priced. The rewards system is brilliant; I got a free beanie hat after purchasing a few items.

Brilliant customer service. Ordered a top which needed replacing. I got in contact with customer service and they sorted out the issue and sent out the replacement ASAP. Really impressed with the quality of the clothes.

Ordered two phones from this company, first phone was immaculate condition so ordered a second, was a slight issue so contacted the company and the customer service was brilliant. We returned the second phone and they made sure we got a replacement before Christmas. Would highly recommend and will shop from again.

The clothes are good quality but bare in mind they are over sized so I’d advise to order down a size. Unfortunately the clothes didn’t suit me so had to return the items, Danni on customer services chat was really helpful and got me a full refund.

Cheap life insurance. Application was easy. Would recommend.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Ordered an item and they sent me a inferior item which is 1/3 of the price I paid, didn’t even tell me that they sent me a different item. I informed customer service who just said these things can happen. I complained and they just said if you don’t like the item just return it for a refund. I will never shop from ASOS again and if you read the reviews on here and decide to buy from this company then you must be mad.

Avoid at all costs is my advice. The behaviour of this company and its customer service is very poor.

Fantastic designs. Just ordered 8 items and all arrived today. Excellent quality and I will buy from this company again. Great value.

Ordered two items and after four days got an email saying they wasn’t in stock. A bit frustrating but have used the company before and they were fine. They’re just not the quickest when it comes to sending out your items.
