Even 1* is not worth!!

Even 1* is not worth!!! We booked holidays for my friend 60th ! Ohhh , we got amazing present from Holiday Place !!! 1 week before flight company closed! No phone numbers, no help lines, no emails!!! Nothing! That’s in UK, that’s in 21th century???? I got not sleeping nights, I got stressful week, not mood for holidays, for nothing!
That rubbish company distorted our plans, happiness! I need to pay for everything again !
We booked in January and prices was absolutely different!
I hope bank will give money back !
I feel sorry for all people’s, who use this Holiday Place !!!

Nothing special, I don't like system , when you need to pay last amount, you need to call ...
I can say more, when coming back from my holidays !

Hi Danute, we try to make the booking experience special for all our guests so it is disappointing that you feel this way.

I can confirm that we do accept payment online however the package has to be booked on our website. For any telephone bookings, payment does need to be taken over the telephone.

I do apologise for any inconvenience as a result.

I'm sooo upset with your servise

I'm sooo upset with your servise ! I want my money bacck ! Our jorney late 30 min ! Bus not from National Express company! Uncomfortable, driver rood ! I have my jorney on 9 August, at 18.00 to Corby !!!
