The order was paid but not shipped

The order was paid but not shipped.
Didn't respond to emails and didn't refund money.

Thank you for your review.

Unfortunately based off the review information we cannot find an order or an account for the name provided.

Could you please provide us with a sales order number as we would like to look into this as if this hasn't been refunded we would like to take action or look to see if we can swap for an item that is available.

With regards to emails we reply to emails daily and look to clear our inbox daily from emails sent in the night before and during that current day. I would like to check our folders to see if these emails have come through to either:

1) If not look to see why this may be.
2) If they have come through and haven't been replied to investigate as to why this is the case.

We are having some delays of items coming into us at present and are working hard with all suppliers to make sure the supply chain into us starts to run on time again and we get items into us in a timely manor.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and look forward to hearing from you so we can rectify the issues.

We have booked a car on DoYouItaly…

We have booked a car on DoYouItaly company website. Pick Up City was:
Rome Campino Airport - Italy. But, car rental is not located at the airport.
You need to drive a few kilometres from the airport to rent a car from AutoOne company.
DoYouItaly company sold the insurance that car rentals don't accept and they don't accept debit cards and AutoOne company forced us to buy new insurance that costs the same as the car rental.
The car was given not the one that was ordered, and the service was disgusting.

Good evening sir. According to our policies we can't accept debit cards, and you wanted to rent a premium car using a debit card instead of a credit card. Our Damage Coverage was necessary in this situation. The "damage insurance" that you got from your broker DoYouItaly refunds you when you damage our cars. These are the policies, that's why this review against us is very innapropriate.

L'assicurazione proposta al cliente era necessaria in quanto voleva noleggiare un'auto di fascia alta senza carta di credito ma con carta di debito, cosa non prevista dal nostro regolamento, ma siamo voluti comunque andare incontro al cliente, previo però stipula di assicurazione a tutela sia nostra che del cliente stesso. E differisce dall'assicurazione "danni" che aveva acquistato dal broker DoYouItaly, e a cui broker deve fare riferimento. In quanto i danni arrecati alle nostre auto devono essere ripagati a noi, e poi il suo broker la rimborserà in quanto assicurato.

Hello Aleks,

On our website you can see if the company you chose is on or off airport. You can also use the filter 'Pick-up location' to narrow your search down.

Regarding our insurance, it is completely valid. However, it cannot waive the deposit/excess, as it is not the company's product.

If you do not want to leave a deposit, or you cannot, you will have to take out an extra supplement to reduce the excess at the office.

Please take into account all this information is provided on our website before booking and also on your confirmation voucher.

I highly do not recommend that resource.

After 5 years of working with this resource, I had a rating of 5 stars. I have asked to cancel my membership, they simply scammed me and took money from my account for several months. I highly do not recommend that resource.
