Bought a greenhouse 6 years ago replacement part needed

Bought a greenhouse 6 years ago. Door stop had stopped working ( the part that catches the door). Phoned up, they (Nikki) quickly found my original order and sent the part FOC! Arrived less than 48hrs after the phone call. First class service. Thank you.

Such a great product and superb…

Such a great product and superb service. We visited Cultivars factory as it was local and had the pleasure of meeting Gordon and seeing the product. We live in a very very windy spot and have had to visit the neighbours in the past to collect bits of previous greenhouses which have blown out due to the high winds. No more will we need to do this. The structure is so solid and wind proof. The position means we can see it from our lounge, what a lovely view it is.
Highly recommended.

Do not trust the website information

Order item due in stock 7th March. Didn’t get order. Then website says due in 27th March, just found out now that they went to back orders. Since my order was placed 25th feb would expect them to be able to tell me where I am on the pre orders list. Apparently they can’t so how the **** do they allocate the stock. It’s a lottery as to whether I’ll ever get my order as no doubt one or two of the other items will then go out of stock. It’s a joke!

Had a great day with Colin and the CAT team

Had a great day with Colin and the CAT team a couple of weeks ago. The best bit was the knowledge Colin and Paul have and the way that they transfer that knowledge. You learn how to handle your car and more importantly why you do what you do. You also see the benefits at the end of the day. Really interesting to see Millbrook and learn a little about it too. All round a superb day I would not hesitate in recommended them and am certainly considering going back for more!

Credit balance refund

Asked them to refund my credit balance of over £200 on 31st May. 14th June still not done. Online chat with Sam who say he’ll get it done urgently in 3-5 days! That’s not urgently! So I ask to speak to a manager and get told it’s 1-2 days to speak to them too! Cheap prices but garbage service if you want your money! It takes seconds to action a bank transfer into an account!


Update. Had a call from Ken who was unhappy I’d not been put thro to a manager straight away. He understood my frustration and apologised. Refund actioned the next working day. I am now once more a happy outfoxthemarket customer. Won’t be leaving any time soon!

Would highly recommend. Website easy. Communication excellent. Got email to confirm item had arrived with promise to test and pay the same day. They did all of that and no quibbles about anything. Excellent

Simple and very effective

The process enabled me to be in control of viewings and the photos and presentation of my property on Rightmove was excellent. If your target market uses the Internet I don't see the need for traditional estate agents and their costs!
