I am a long time lover of Herno and visit the London store regularly. I must say that the range at Union22 is the best I have seen. The store is very impressive and the service is second to none.

Our expert florists will personally create your bouquet using the finest flowers. Your bouquet will be hand created by a professional florist, the image shown is for illustration purposes only and may vary.

That being said, we would expect the flowers received to fit this description and still be incredibly well received and we are sorry to learn that you are disappointed with the flowers received.
