Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. They constantly change the rules and are insanely arrogant in their approach to customers. Even if you meet their constantly changing rules they will not honor their promises and not respond to multiple emails to their customer support. In summary - STAY WELL CLEAR.

We were experiencing high support volumes, and our team worked diligently to resolve each case as quickly as possible. Due to the volume, many similar inquiries received grouped responses. However, as the transition came to an end, we recognised that every customer deserved a personalised response, and we carefully addressed each inquiry.

Transparency has always been a cornerstone of our product development. All upgrades and updates to our terms were clearly communicated in advance and approved by the community.

For example, with PlutusGifts, we promised a select few brands but delivered over 300 across the UK and EU. While not all brands are free, we’ve provided £/€10 intrinsic value across 5 brands in each region, with more to come in 2025.

We understand some users may be disappointed, expecting everything to be free. However, as a business that provides valuable services loved by thousands, a fair fee is necessary to support the ongoing delivery of promised features that are now live.

Shockingly bad customer service

I have never experienced more useless and unhelpful customer service. They copy and paste generic responses without responding to the actual issue or questions. You keep going in loops if you follow-up with them.

Save yourself time and frustration, do not buy a Bosch product.

If you value your time and good customer service DO NOT buy a Bosch product. I've wasted hours trying to get a simple issue of a brand new Bosch oven cooking unevenly / burning food resolved. Countless calls to BSH, promises of callbacks that never happen, 2 engineers saying that it's just a poor design rather than a fault, and finally a manager at BSH explaining to me that the fact that my food is getting burned is a problem with "performance" of the over rather than a fault and that it is not something they can help with.

The best evidence for prospective buyers is a clear lack of interest on Bosch side to respond to any of the issues raised on this site or the survey they asked me to complete. It's very clear they are not interested in satisfied customers.

AVOID. No refunds for not delivered goods.

Do not expect any protection when buying from Aliexpress. I did not receive my order and they are refusing to provide a refund. You're better off using eBay or Amazon which are miles better and I never had any problems with them.

My advice to anyone facing a similar problem - call your credit card company and raise a chargeback claim. That seems to be the only way to get your money back off Aliexpress.

Shocking incompetence - avoid at all cost!

I ordered a bike for a triathlon this Saturday. Bike was dispatched on Tuesday on a 24hr service. Based on the tracking information a delivery attempt was not made on Wednesday as 24hr service would suggest but rather on Thursday. I stayed at home whole day to collect the delivery but no one called. I checked tracking information in the evening and it shows "We tried to deliver your parcel but it was refused at the door". That is an obvious lie. Worst of all - it indicates that my bike will be returned to the sender and I will be left without a bike for my triathlon. Going forwards I will never order from a company that delivers using Yodel and if you need to be sure that your parcel is delivered you'd advise you do the same.
