Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. They constantly change the rules and are insanely arrogant in their approach to customers. Even if you meet their constantly changing rules they will not honor their promises and not respond to multiple emails to their customer support. In summary - STAY WELL CLEAR.

We were experiencing high support volumes, and our team worked diligently to resolve each case as quickly as possible. Due to the volume, many similar inquiries received grouped responses. However, as the transition came to an end, we recognised that every customer deserved a personalised response, and we carefully addressed each inquiry.

Transparency has always been a cornerstone of our product development. All upgrades and updates to our terms were clearly communicated in advance and approved by the community.

For example, with PlutusGifts, we promised a select few brands but delivered over 300 across the UK and EU. While not all brands are free, we’ve provided £/€10 intrinsic value across 5 brands in each region, with more to come in 2025.

We understand some users may be disappointed, expecting everything to be free. However, as a business that provides valuable services loved by thousands, a fair fee is necessary to support the ongoing delivery of promised features that are now live.
