I ALWAYS have a great experience shopping at Sprouts in Norcross, GA. However, I went to the Johns Creek location wanting to purchase from the Vitamin Dept the Castor Oil which Johns Creek had no more of. I called Norcross, spoke with Shauna one of the managers there who helped me and was told their was only one left on the shelf. I needed two bcuz it was a bogo sale. As busy as she was trying to assist me via phone along with navigating customers in the store, she went way beyond the call of duty to locate more quantities allowing me to travel there and make my purchase.

I shop there 2-3 timed a week simply bcuz of customer service and not to mention the managers specials etc. The entire staff in each department are top of the food chain rock stars bcuz of their stellar customer service. Thank you Shauna for going beyond the call of duty in my behalf.

OUTSTANDING, helpful, warm and friendly. Even the owner. Good workers and good leadership starts at the top, the owner leads by example and that's why my entire experience was simply outstanding because it was reflected in the employees I had dealings with.
