I get all my skin rejuvenation needs in one little tube. the subscription process is so very convenient and easy to manage: you can delay if you don't need it and your product(s) arrive as scheduled. The twist action of the pump means you get exactly the right amount each night, but, it is very fiddly when you get near the end, as it's almost impossible to twist the tube, especially if you have slightly damp or greasy fingers.

Our experience with Cotswold has been nothing short of excellent, right from our initial browse around in the Bath store, to ordering, delivery and then a teensy snag. Staff in store were extremely patient and helpful, ordering was easy and Kyle and Joe, who installed our three pieces were courteous and professional. We had one little hitch...I replaced the knobs with the accompanying silver option and one was missing: this was resolved in super-quick time by customer service. And of course, our drawer units and wardrobe are superb. Excellent company

Acacia fibre is an excellent supplement. I'd been buying it from Amazon for quite a while but discovered it's cheaper direct from Maison d'Acacia. The subscription service is extremely handy, so I'm never without or have to remember to re-order. The online management of the subscription, however, is a little clunky and basic, but you get there eventually! The product always arrives safely and on time.

Everything about our purchase was exemplary. The assistance in the Bath showroom was excellent, as was the ordering process, and Kyle J. and Joe were extremely professional and courteous when installing the furniture. They were wonderfully respectful and considerate of our newly decorated and carpeted house. And we are delighted with our new, very smart, high quality furniture. Perfect.

Everybody in The Cotswold Co shop in Bath made us feel very welcome, are well informed, answered all our questions and spent a long time with us, helping us with our choices. The visit resulted in an order for three pieces! We haven't received them just yet, but hopefully there will be no issues.

A designer has just helped us redecorate our house and their visuals always had a number of plants. I love plants but always manage to kill them from neglect. When I saw the Easyplants, I thought what a good idea! They are rather expensive...I mean, really expensive, four times the cost of a garden-centre plant (but it does include a plant pot)...but, but, but...long-term I'm thinking I'll come out quits because I won't kill my plant easily! I decided to start with a small window-sill plant and so far it's going well. Just a quick peep into the water dispensing unit once a week is keeping my plant good and healthy. I plan to get some more and will take the plunge and buy some floor-standing plants.

Love Hair Syrup's products. My hair is so much healthier and in tiptop condition. I use the syrups 2-3 times a week and have just purchased the Cherry Oil. Ordering's a breeze and despatch is prompt. Really happy to have discovered these products.

I was disappointed the pans' measurements are incorrectly quoted online, so the pan I received is 2cm smaller than the online measurements suggest. However, whilst not the size I was hoping for, I kept the pan, as I thought it would be useful anyway. It's a decent pan and cleans up very well, but I am a little disappointed with its lacking nonstick performance. Everything sticks! That said, with continued use, I have found that it performs much better at lower temperatures. Not perfectly...I was expecting better, a lot better...but I do admire the pan's credentials.

I was very impressed by the speed in which my sample arrived, but also, the size of the sample: no silly four inches that you really doesn't enable you to make a good assessment. It's a decent size so you can really get a feel for the actual fabric and for the colour.

My first taste of this company's products was shampoo and conditioner and I was instantly smitten. When I went back for more, I spotted offers on a few other items in their range, so I threw them into my cart...and along came some very welcome freebies. I have to say I love everything! The hair-care products, the body products...and I am very impressed by the hair towel! I am officially a regular now.

The sample tile received was lovely...just not suitable for the particular area and decor for which it was intended. The despatch time for the sample was swift and the sample was safely packaged. Though it didn't result in a purchase this time, this retailer is certainly one I will revisit if I need tiles for a different project.

Simply cannot understand how a retailer can lose two of your orders, which is what happened in my case. I just lost patience when they offered to reorder a third time. I will say that their goodwill gesture (£20 voucher) was a kind one, but seriously, try not to lose not just one order, but two!

No click and collect. Seven days since I placed an order with no notification of progress, so I have no idea where my order is. Not good.

I've been shopping with them ever since I've been married, which is 50 years and they've never let me down.

I suddenly had an allergy to gel nail varnish/rubber base coat...probably down to a change in the product, but I was then caught between a rock and a hard place: without nail varnish, my nails flake and break, but with it, now, I get an allergy. I cruised round the internet to see what I could find. An option was hema-free products, which seemed a good path to follow, but then Glaize nails popped up in my search, and I remembered seeing them on Dragons Den. I ordered the standard size kit but even the smallest nail was too large even for my index finger, so I tried the made-to-measure. Oh my word, how fabulous these are. I've only had one go, but my first attempt wasn't half bad...a little room for improvement on my part, but the result was impressive. They look fabulous, last a good while and don't ruin your nails. I'm going to subscribe now and have fun with all the colours. Thrilled to bits to have found Glaize.
