ADVERT REFUSED

Tried several times to publish my advertisement.....CONTINUALLY REFUSED. Paid for enhanced exposure THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT.....STILL NO ADVERT PUBLISHED. No way to get answers, no phone numbers, no email address that responds...VERY BAD COMPANY....BEWARE!!!!

Wish it was possible to give minus…

Wish it was possible to give minus stars......Avoid Prudential International like the plague. They love yoh when you invest but...just try and get your money withdrawn...IMPOSSIBLE! Needed money in an emergency.....one month on, still waiting....levels of red tape, utter incompetence and bureaucracy I have never seen before. Shocking, shocking, shocking.

SHAMBLES!

Shambolic treatment when flight to Leeds Bradford was diverted to Liverpool. Ground staff giving conflicting information and advice on multiple occasions. Three hours for coach to arrive to take passengers to Leeds Bradford. Poor, very, very poor.

Usual Great Service…

Order arrived a bit later than it should but this is simply one of the things to be expected when living abroad...nothing Lovehoney can do about that. Everything we ordered arrived...unfortunately there was a quality issue with one item but Love honey's Customer Services Team sorted this out in minutes. Overall, great service....as per usual.

AVOID THESE INCOMPETENT CLOWNS AT ALL…

AVOID THESE INCOMPETENT CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS!!! They have a package to be delivered to me in Tenerife...for 5 days it has been meandering around ??Essex and East Anglia....if you can believe the pathetic tracking info...which I suspect is complete fabrication. Replies to web form enquiries are vague...suspect they have no idea where the package is at all. No contact phone number. Large number of customers posting on their FB page expressing their feelings....all deleted!!!!

Overall great service.

We have found purplebricks very helpful from the minute we contacted them. Our agent Mary Stuart came to see us quickly and has always answered our messages promptly. Faith was also very helpful in getting our advert the way we wanted it. However our only problem was the length of time we had to wait for our For Sale sign to arrive and the effort we had to go to in order to get one. This was no fault of our local agent,Mary.

Pathetic!!

Excellent customer service....up to the point of booking and taking your money.....then....absolutely awful. Waited almost 3 weeks for call back regarding cancellation / amendment options. No apology, no acknowledgment of failure.....and when info was given it was inaccurate and erring in their favour....surprise, surprise. My advice......steer clear and book with someone else. In my opinion.....far from being the cruise specialists they claim to be, they are amateurs with absolutely no interest in helping customers when help is needed. Never again Barrhead Travel!!!
