Cheap and happy

They refuse to disclose the number of potential matches in the region you are in; they refuse to disclose any info about how they try to match you to someone. They will not share meaningful success rates. They badger you into upgrading to their premium program; they shame you - was literally asked "and how long have you been single" to upgrade you to their premium plan.

It's a scam. Through and through.

Worst customer support ever.
Worse than Comcast.
Worse than porn sites that hacked your credit card.

Roku service never worked for some reason on my TV. Ticket after ticket, call after call, I was repeatedly promised that someone would follow up. *No one ever did* - except for placeholder emails from customer "advocates" that indicated I'd get a response "soon".

Then, once I placed a request to refund the service (realizing they would never attempt to pursue a solution), the same cycle of unresolved messaging happened.

If the content delivery works for your device, you will never have to endure how utterly horrid and surreal their support is. But, good god, I cannot imagine a more incompetent and bureaucratic brand. Complete and utter trash.

Fast fulfillment. Product as advertised. Great price.

Only wish that international shipping (at least to the US) was trackable, but since the shipping cost was waived, I cannot really complain.
