Zezgo is horrible We filed a report with the BBB and with the state of Florida directly. Zezgo will continue to charge your credit cards after you have arrived home from vacation for made up charges...

Part 2 to my original complaint below. After posting first complaint, zezgo has gone and charged us for double the amount of gas. After paying for tolls and gas at zezgo, they have since charged us another $127 for gas. Even though we only used a half a tank and already previously paid for the gas. We got in touch with zezgo and the employee stated that the charge was definitely incorrect are we are due our money back but only the "administrator" can refund money and he doesn't have a phone number. of course not. can only email. STAY AWAY FROM THE THIEFS AT ZEZGO!!! We will be contacting the BBB tomorrow in florida and reporting zezgo immediately..

We rented a car from zezgo. 3 days in it wouldn't start. We tried to call and contact zezgo that day but was just put in hold and pushed to a vm that was full and couldn't leave a msg. The next day car still wouldn't start. After calling more than 50 times, finally got through to someone who told us we had to jump the car and then drive it back the 1 hour and 30 min back to them. The worst customer service ever. Wouldn't refund any money even though their car ruined 2 days of our vacation. Wouldn't drive a replacement car out to us and instead made us make the long drive back with a car we couldn't turn off because it wouldn't start again. STAY AWAY FROM ZEZGO!!!
