We had a problem getting Cadburys hot…

We had a problem getting Cadburys hot chocolate from our normal supplier but were able to get if from Puregusto.co.uk - it arrived quickly but unfortunately it was quite a lot more expensive. However, we were glad to have it back so our customers could enjoy hot chocolate again!

Wessex Water Chat line

The help I received from Wessex Water was excellent. I would suggest that they issued cards to people who want to pay at the Post Office (as Council tax customers receive) rather than just a sheet of paper. I realize that they would prefer everyone pays by direct debit but not everyone wants to!

Disappointing customer service

I have being trying to contact this firm for weeks - but am continually holding on the phone listening to the message. We were charged - like a previous customer a huge amount for an electricity bill £830 for a month when it has been about £400 with a previously supplier. I have sent endless emails but all I get is a letter saying they have being trying to contact me. I have an answer phone and no message has been left - I am so disappointed that I changed my electric account to this firm as there has been nothing but problems.

Review of Love Energy Savings

I was pleased with the service that I received

I had many calls from firms trying to give me prices for the electric contract at our business. I found that Love Energy gave me the best price and were able to offer me several options so I was happy to go with them. I didn't want to make a decision straight away and they called me back at the time we discussed so hopefully everything will go smoothly with the change to a new company for our power supply.
