Very poor

Very poor. They guaranteed to resolve our pest problem within 3 months, however the problem has persisted and they will not re-visit nor refund (which is what the technicians said would happen.)

Also, it’s interesting how that some of the recent 5 star reviews on here all fall on Aug 1st.... I’m sure they are genuine though.

I am very dissatisfied with the recent…

I am very dissatisfied with the recent service provided by Hosting UK. I appreciate all companies are subject to both rare lapses in service and events beyond their control, but to suffer two 'calamities' in such a short space of time appears tragic bordering on incompetence.

I've been very public about the events that you were affected by especially on our blog at https://hostinguk.net/blog


Rather than repeat the statements I've made there I will just say that viewed in isolation I'm sure that it might seem that way to you, however in 20 years of business, these events stand out as unusual. Unfortunately though, from time to time things go wrong, and we can only ensure that we learn from them and make changes, which is what we have done and are doing.

I might point out that since that time we've seen outages at Visa, Google Home, Microsoft Azure to name but a few. Neither networks, computers and of course humans are infallible. What is important is that we learn, and do everything we can to prevent re-occurrences.
