Great warranty experience. The reason for needing the 16 series otterbox however... The 16 series Otterbox is not up to par with previous years. Breaks to easily.

Had to pick a one star, zero not available. A lot of promises, but when it came down to it, PureVPN does not work as advertised, i.e. you are not invisible on the internet. Gave their tech support two tries to get it right. Highly recommend you do not use torrent sites with this program. And, they won't refund any part of your purchase, it's the same as a contract in their view.

Screened out to often. Occasionally even after completing the survey.

Dashlane positively works wonderfully....until I am logged off by not using my computer for a half hour. Even thou Daslane settings have me logged in for up to 10 hours, I get logged off often when screen saver pops on.
To log back on I must close Dashlane (only accomplished by control/alt/delete) and restart and relog into program.
