I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again. We had their Onephone system which has now ceased to be supported. We therefore cancelled the contract and went to another provider, having obtained a settlement figure. I requested their final invoice for the settlement but they have continued to take regular monthly d/d infinitum. No one will cancel the agreement so I have now deleted the direct debit payment. They are now chasing continually. Its amazing how you can't get any type of response yet they continue to pursue you.

The engineer was early

The engineer was early, had great knowledge and quickly and clearly set everything up. He resolved all the set up questions and issues and helped me deal with our previous supplier British Telecom, who were most unhelpful.

VERY FAST DELIVERY

i always use Drip Hacks for my oil and have never been disappointed. I like the little touches such as a 10ml taster oil or sweets, etc. My only issue on this delivery was they only included one screw nozzle top and I ordered two 100ml bottles.

MY BUSINESS PROFILE

We, as a company have banked with Natwest for years. The account is always healthy and we've never had any major problems. They've now started a My Business Profile which you HAVE to fill in. Unfortunately at first glance the email looked like Phishing Then received a call from our "Relationship Manager" to say we needed to complete it. First set of questions ridiculous as they had the information, but duly completed. Then had another email saying they needed more information, this time information on pages of transactions, some ridiculously small. It said everything was complete. Yesterday I tried to do a payment run and discovered they'd frozen the account without notice and logged back into the Business Profile to discover yet further information needed. Two hours of digging out screeds of invoices I was told it would take 48 hours to unblock the account. That's criminal. Please do not consider using Natwest for your business banking.

I ordered Smok Mag solo stating a 5ml…

I ordered Smok Mag solo stating a 5ml tank and pictured with the bubble tank for 5ml. When it arrived it was only a 2ml tank. I emailed them Friday and got the standard that they would be in touch but have heard nothing since. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I'm sorry your product wasn't what you expected. We can only sell kits that are TPD compliant which means we can sell them with a more than 2ml tank. Images are for demonstration purposes only which is provided by the brand themselves. Larger tanks are available to purchase separately.

Despite closing our inherited account…

Despite closing our inherited account with BES in August 2022 they are now chasing an amount of £102.98 which includes a £50 late fee. There are no invoices showing on the online account system and yet again I am told repeatedly they are not authorised to discuss it with me. At the end of my tether, I've now passed this to the Ombudsman to deal with. Please heed my warning to have nothing to do with BES Utilities

I've already posted a review on this site for the underhand and incredibly inept way this company do business. They are now chasing an invoice which I paid at the beginning of July and provided proof of payment for. On calling them to explain this, I was informed that they are not authorised to discuss the account with me ! Seriously please do not do business with this company.

We first had contact with BES when we…

We first had contact with BES when we moved office premises, obviously we were not in contract so were being charged extortionate rates. We advised we wished to change supplier and submitted meter readings. Since then, despite paying a huge bill, we are now being chased for an even bigger one we have not received. We have requested a copy on numerous occasions but are told a copy takes up to 28 days to send via email. This hasn't stopped them chasing me on a daily basis and then being told they are not authorised to speak to me, despite him giving authority, it has to be my MD ! I've repeatedly given them his number but they never ring him. I really feel the solution is to go direct to Offgen
Update - despite the visable platitude response I received, they have continued to call my phone, tell me they must speak to my MD then make no attempt to call him despite repeatedly giving his number. Then they follow with a text to me again threatening cutting off our supply. Arghh and still they chase an invoice we have never had, after us paying over £1000 at the beginning of July.

DO NOT OBTAIN YOUR TELECOMMS FROM THIS COMPANY. We were originally locked into a five year contract for landlines, mobile, broadband and replacement phones. As soon as the term expired we terminated all bar our broadband, due to zero customer service, which we requested on a monthly basis as we would shortly be relocating. As soon as we moved we notified them only to be informed we had to pay 90 day closure costs. Not only do they give poor if any service, they expect you to pay overly long cancellation fees despite Offcom guidelines

I am new to CBD oil and to be honest I was very confused by the assortment of strengths, costs and mixes, etc. I saw an ad for Access CBD and at the price, decided I had nothing to lose. I suffer from fibromyalgia and sleep badly as a result. Since using the product, I'm sleeping better than I have in years.

HIDDEN COMMISSION CHARGES

We, as a company have been using Towergate as our brokers since February 2017 and in that time our Professional Indemnity cover has gone from an initial £5500 to £14200 the next year and renewal quoted for this year at £18480. This is a massive increase and hard for a small company to suffer. Last year we weren't informed until the day before renewal (not helpful) so had little choice. This year, however, we sought alternative quotes prior to renewal. To cut a long story short, another broker managed to obtain an offer from the same Insurance company on the same terms they had offered Towergate. This transpired to be £4200 less !! As well as charging us a flat fee, Towergate or their employee Mark Rogers had hidden a commission charge in the policy cost. To compound the insult Mark Rogers then sent emails,when learning they had lost the contract, asking where he had fallen short !! My advice would be to avoid Towergate like the plague. Mark knew how hard the increases had hit us but still chose to line his own pockets at our expense. Not a case of acting in your clients best interests at all.

I went into store to purchase a couple…

I went into store to purchase a couple of shelves and a toilet brush all for my bathroom. Found shelves immediately, not so for the brush. I took my other items to the checkout and asked if they had the loo brush I was looking for. The cashier Perry instantly knew which one I meant and went to look for me. No sign for him either but we checked stock on my phone and as it was showing as in, he went off to stores again and found me one. He certainly went above and beyond and the only reason I only gave 4 stars was the item should have been out in store.

I bought the new Sinuous V80 three weeks ago and the battery casing has cracked right through. I emailed them to complain but they didn't even bother to reply. Do not buy products from this company if you want them to last more than a month and to receive zero customer service !

I ordered a silver slider bracelet…

I ordered a silver slider bracelet which looked fine when it arrived. However within less than a week it broke without any cause. I tried TJC's live chat and waited for 30 minutes, only to be cut off when I was next in line. I then tried calling and again waited 30 minutes before losing the will to live. My final option was call back which I requested - so far with no response.

UPDATE- They have refunded me £3.99 for a £13.98 order ????? Hardly a resolution and no way to respond back directly to them !
