We first had contact with BES when we moved office premises, obviously we were not in contract so were being charged extortionate rates. We advised we wished to change supplier and submitted meter readings. Since then, despite paying a huge bill, we are now being chased for an even bigger one we have not received. We have requested a copy on numerous occasions but are told a copy takes up to 28 days to send via email. This hasn't stopped them chasing me on a daily basis and then being told they are not authorised to speak to me, despite him giving authority, it has to be my MD ! I've repeatedly given them his number but they never ring him. I really feel the solution is to go direct to Offgen
Update - despite the visable platitude response I received, they have continued to call my phone, tell me they must speak to my MD then make no attempt to call him despite repeatedly giving his number. Then they follow with a text to me again threatening cutting off our supply. Arghh and still they chase an invoice we have never had, after us paying over £1000 at the beginning of July.
