No receipt sent via email. Picked up parcel 4 days later than they stated. Tracking was inaccurate and I had to phone to find out that the parcel had been smashed to bits - it was packaged in the original cushioned polystyrene and box - and was being returned to the sender. Your company acts as though it's my fault for sending a parcel! Have now spent 2 hours filling out your form - which crashed halfway through for compensation - possibly not the hours looking for the item in the first place! So, no hob for my home, can't template, no notification, and the rental cannot now go ahead. Won't be using this service ever again!! Awful experience all round - thank you for destroying my faith Parcelforce. Will not be using again!
I contacted Core to obtain a driveway product, which I needed urgently to finish a house driveway. You were all fantastic and loaded the product whilst I was on the phone for next day delivery. Rarely, if ever, do you get such amazing customer service. Needless to say, the product arrived the next day - thank you so much. I will be back for more!

I am allergic to pork and loath goat's cheese - so two of my apparently 'chosen' meals are wasted from last week. Somehow my chosen meals are not being recorded. Could you please advise how this has happened?

I ordered Zwiesel Vervino wine glasses x 2 boxes ie 4 glasses and the packaging slip states 2 ordered and 2 shipped (163589) - only 2 were received. Very disappointed to only give my son 2 for his birthday on 20th November. I alerted Borough Kitchen to the problem by email but have not been contacted! Tried calling today to speak to a human (21st) but nobody picked up and so left an answer phone message. Still, no call back do I assume they have run off with my £35?

Whilst delivery was very quick we had difficulty with the cleaning of the toilet and also did not realize that cleaning does not include the actual toilet cubicle. Over Easter, our cleaning was missed and the excuse given that it was Bank Holiday - sorry does not cut it - we are still working. A £15 credit was put against the account - wow! The customer's trees have leaves that are dying in a telling horizontal row leading to the toilets - although I am reliably informed that they use no chemicals that can do this!? However, the customer observed the liquid on the pipe dragged against the trees the next time the toilets were emptied. I spoke with the operative and asked about the internal cleaning but he says they do not do this....what is the point. So we have overflowing toilets, damaged trees and dirty cubicles - that's a great review!

Thank you for your review. Having looked into this i can see we have had some trouble with gaining access to carry out the weekly servicing. The Driver Photos show the front gate locked with a coded padlock. If you could please give our customer service team a call on 01245 475 700 and provide us the lock passcode we will be able to gain access and continue servicing weekly for you
In regards to the servicing, this is a complimentary service and includes the emptying of the tank, replenishment of water and disinfectant as well as replenishing toilet rolls and hand sanitizer, finishing with a disinfectant wipe down of the toilet itself. Unfortunately collecting the litter etc from inside the hired toilet is the responsibility of the persons who hire the toilet.
In Regards to the trees, i believe you have spoken with one of my collegues regarding this and we can confirm the toilet fumes would not cause damage to the trees. The disinfectant itself is not carried in our pipes only fresh water. The disinfectant is carried into the cubicle by hand with one of our drivers in a secure bottle

Oil arrived before Cookermax - so sent tanker away as I have had AGA
go out without putting in first. Asked Boiler Juice to rearrange for Monday onwards but oil was delivered whilst we were out and still the Cookermax had not arrived. Sorry but I don't think I would order again as there is no communication.

We are very sorry to hear that there was an issue with your delivery.
When the additives are ordered separately, they come direct from the Supplier, usually within 2 working days by courier delivery. As the oil comes from a different Supplier and is ordered on timescale, in this case within 5 working days, it is possible that the oil will arrive before the additive.
If you wish to avoid this from happening, our Suppliers do quote for Premium Home Heating oil for Aga's, in most postcode areas. The oil Supplier will either premix the additive or bring a bottle of additive to add to the tank at the time of your delivery.
We have contacted the Suppliers to clarify the sequence of events and will contact you separately, once they have responded.
