I made a booking for a show but selected the wrong seats. I rang up ATG helpline and explained the situation, Syed very kindly changed the seats for me without any issues. Excellent customer service

Review of SoftMall
Had to buy office professional after my laptop died and needed to reinstall everything. Purchase of software was easy and excellent value.
I received instructions within a few minutes.
After installing it showed a previous office version. I spoke to SoftMall help desk and they immediately responded. It was down to user error and system recoginising the previous version from my account.
Easily fixed and now everything working as expected

Karen at Wimbledon provided a great service with my bathrooms. I had one fairly easy bathroom and a second with a very awkward shape. She did some great designs and gave me several pricing options to chose from. Despite changing my mind several times, Karen was always happy to provide assistance and guidance.
Delivery was exactly as described and all items fitted perfectly.

Taylor sorted everything out for me and was very helpful. Just prior to completng the transaction the phone line dropped, I thought I was going to have to go through the whole process again, but Taylor returned my call and sorted out what I needed. Thank you

Brad Whiteley acted on my behalf. He provided me regular updates and responded quickly whenever i had questions. Anything he said he would do was done in the timeframe given. It was such a relief to have the stress completely removed from the legal part of the process

I am editing this review as i have managed to resolve the issue.
I contacted JohnLewis customer service advising that their good brand name was being ruined by the broadband element run by PlusNet. As expected JohnLewis got back to me within the hour and promised to escalate it. 2 hours later a lovely lady from JohnLewisBroadband contacted me and the issue was resolved with compensation.
Contract date started 02/10/2020 and they didn't send the router out until 30/09/2020 and they allow 3-5 days delivery - so it's not going to arrive on time. 3 weeks later i still haven't received the router. Hours spent on phone to customer service to no avail.
Their online complaints are pointless as they never respond

I'm surprised not everyone uses it. So easy to transfer money between different currencies and to pay bills abroad without incurring any fees.

After closing my account down nearly 2 months ago, I have been in contact with their customer services almost weekly trying to get my overpaid account balance refunded.
They keep telling me I will get the money shortly and a manager will contact me.
Of course, no-one rings and I'm still waiting for my money.
My advice, cancel your direct debit before you leave this company and then pay for your final bill over the phone

Poor customer services
I booked an appointment for a meter to be installed. I received several emails advising that I would be fined £30 if I wasn't in for the 4 hour period. I waited and the engineer did not turn up or let me know. I got a text 3 hours after the time advising that he wouldn't be coming. Of course they wouldn't pay me £30 for my time.
I subsequently left Solarplicity and my account is in credit for approx. £40. I have requested this at least 10 times and been promised 3 times that it would be sent out immediately. Still nothing. It will either be small claims court or ombudsman next

It's so easy to overlook excellent customer services when it happens. Today i had to cancel a holiday then book a different flight with easyjet due to a bereavement. The customer service lady was understanding and extremely helpful. They made what was a stressful time just a little bit easier. Thank you

I ordered a phone with 12 month Vodafone contract online with CPW. Phone arrived in store next day and I signed the contract for 3.5gb data. After using the Vodafone app I saw I had 0.5gb data in my contract. I spoke to Vodafone who said it was CPW problem. CPW said it was Vodafone's problem. I've spent about 10 hours trying to sort it out and still got nowhere. If I cancel the contract now I will lose my phone number.
Appalling customer service from both companies. However, my contract is with CPW and if I get billed extra for going over the 0.5gb data they will be covering the cost.
Consider going direct to Vodafone etc

This is an appalling company, I've been with them for about 6 months and received 1 bill (which I had to request 4 or 5 times) which was 8 times what I paid before - I am refusing to pay this. They never reply to emails. If you manage to get through on the phone they don't do what you ask. I've requested managers to contact me but no reply after 3 weeks. The electric smart meter doesnt work. Engineer has been round 3 times to install gas smart meter but still hasn't done it. Unable to sign onto the online system despite months of requests to get them to sort it out.

What an appalling company they are. I transferred ISA, sipp and trading account from Hargreaves Lansdown. The process has been going on for over 4 months now. They have lost funds worth over £100k and despite numerous calls and complaints fail to get back to me.
I have also sent emails / phone calls on about 8 occasions requesting a list of all funds / cash that have been transferred - this has also not been done.
Customer services is rude and ineffectual. The complaints process does nothing.
They may be cheap but it is not worth it, stay away
