I never found a tutor and they are…

I never found a tutor and they are taking £39 a month from me. I’ve only been able to contact a bot who keeps telling me there is no account on my email address. I don’t know how to stop the subscription.
In response to your response- I have emailed Thomas several times and get the same reply which seems automated.
The tutor that I contacted hadn’t updated her profile and had moved away.

Our position is that if you pay to use our Student Pass service- which costs £39- to connect with a tutor, then you're entitled to expect that person to be available to offer suitable arrangements for a lesson.

Avoid 7forallmankind

Avoid this company. I returned a £200 jacket over two months ago. I have been emailing and phoning regularly to see why they have not refunded my money. They keep fobbing me off with excuses ranging from Bexit, delays at borders, it’s in transit, we need 21 working days etc and despite telling me they can see it is safe and on its way to the Netherlands and having seen my proof of posting they still won’t refund my money. They are now saying they are having an investigation with Hermes and I should hear from them in two weeks. I wish I had read the reviews here before buying from them.

The final destination of your returning parcel is in the Netherlands and the custom's clearance procedures after the Brexit have some impact on the expected time to refund.

Very disappointed

I ordered two sofas in January which I had to pay for in full. I waited 3 months for delivery and when they came one sofa was minus the legs. They took the sofa back to reunite it and deliver it altogether. I heard nothing from Laura Ashle so late the following day I rang. I had to wait 30 mins to speak to somebody only to be told they could not arrange a delivery date till the following week because it would take several days to unite the sofa. I was told they would ring on Tuesday. (This was Friday) it is now the following Friday and I still have not heard from them. I am so disappointed in the service. They have had my money for a long time. I will not be using them again. I am happy with the sofa that was delivered.

With regards to the originally issue, I can see this has been logged and addressed with all relevant departments as we not feel this is acceptable. I'm sorry to also hear that nobody had kept you informed and that you had to chase up a response from ourselves. However, I can see that this has now been discussed in depth and a replacement order has been agreed and processed. This will now be monitored and once ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
