Outstanding,

I have been renting cars for 40 years now, all over Europe.
This was the best rental I have ever had.
Directions for pick up point, very clear easy to follow. Bus was spotless and a fabulous bus.
Pick up and payment simple and fast.
Great car.
Drop off at 5am easy, quick check and straight on bus to terminal. Lovely helpful staff. Fantastic rental all round. Well done Málagacar.com best rental in 40 years.
Would highly recommend them.
4 day rental €113. Full insurance pack. Audi A1

Dreadful app

Dreadful app. I took about 30 photos in all the sections. (kept rejecting some) finally got all photos excepted. Filled in all the details up loads the service history. Then it said I had to ring them. Rang them and person on phone went over it all again. Said some photos need redone. At that point about 45 min in I gave up and informed her I was done and just couldn't be bothered doing the photo thing again. Im off to autotrader.
You know I remember using motorway before and it was simple. Details in upload a few photos and boom you off. Now you can't up load you need to download the app and take photos through the app. It's been a nightmare for me. Closed it, deleted the app. Never again for me.

Where you experience difficulties with the app which we are unable to immediately resolve, our Sales Team will provide you with example photos to follow and send to us via email to ensure this doesn’t hold things up.

Once the photos have been uploaded, our Sales Team review them and discuss the condition, service history, and spec of your specific vehicle in more detail, to ensure our estimate takes everything into consideration and that there are no errors. 

This turns your generic valuation, based on industry guide prices, live market data, and our previous sales history, into a bespoke valuation that considers the specificities of your vehicle. It also ensures that your offer is met during collection.

customer services has become poor.

customer services has become poor.
Called today and spoke to a guy who didn't seem to have a clue what i was talking about. Eventually he informed me there was an issue with a security cert and it was auto updating and would clear its self up after 2 hours. 8 hours later it hasn't. now sitting on the phone 25 min waiting to get through. pathetic service.

Delivery price ?

Ordered two pair of Craghopper pants.
Both ordered with in ten minutes of each other. One with Uttings and one with another supplier due to size out of stock.
Uttings delivery charges to NI £9.95
Other supplier charge to NI £3.95

Both ordered on Thurs, both delivered
On Monday. Great service. But why
Over 100% mark up on Delivery?
