customer services has become poor.
Called today and spoke to a guy who didn't seem to have a clue what i was talking about. Eventually he informed me there was an issue with a security cert and it was auto updating and would clear its self up after 2 hours. 8 hours later it hasn't. now sitting on the phone 25 min waiting to get through. pathetic service.
