Quick, efficient, all worked out great

Terrible experience.
No gas at new property so transferred and sorted it all out on a one hour call with Ovo on 22/4/25 and then finally moved in 5 nights later waking up to cold water showers due to no gas.
Called Ovo (had to waste time from 7-9am waiting for phone lines to be attended), and then found out that the “switch” wasn’t correctly applied from their end.
Lord knows if I’ll get hot water this evening and currently on the phone with Ovo asking them why I can’t log in to their Ovo Energy app.
In summary : awful experience moving over to Ovo.

Steve and the team at Less Stress made the process of moving home smooth and easy in every step. All of our calls & emails were answered quickly and the advice given was right at every moment.

Moving house is definitely stressful but the team here did exactly what the company name suggests, and removed the worry of finding the right mortgage for us.

Will definitely recommend to anyone considering an upcoming house move.
