Disappointing

I thought this was useless and overpriced. I've tried brands that have been more effective and value for money.
I expected better results given that I spent over £50.

Not as image so very misleading

Do not waste your money buying slippers from these. They are of poor quality and the colour of my slippers differed greatly from the image.
They spent a great deal of time wasting my time with unhelpful emails where I had to send two images of the slippers but offered a 20% discount on another purchase. They claimed they can't refund unless I inconvenienced myself by posting them back. It has taken weeks to get to this point. Atrocious customer experience.

I wrote this review and I was sent my full refund and didn't return the slippers. I was asked to change my review and offered 50% off another purchase. I obviously refused the discount and amended my review to include the final resolution.
Outrageous.

Do not use them. I had Chris Morris and he was not for me as his client.
I complained but that does not changed the fact that they are only interested in getting your money and knowingly collude with other corrupt services.

I used Stacey for my conveyancing needs,but mainly engaged with some called Kirsty.
They were definitely not acting in my best interests and when I raised my concerns I was told they couldn't see any problems.
An absolute waste of time and money especially as the potential vendor was a liar.

Do not subscribe to this brand

I have had two separate payments amounting to over £111 taken from my bank account despite raising the order/subscription several times throughout the day yesterday.
They claim to have issued a refund and cancelled my data but I have no proof of this. I had an email stating the order was shipped yesterday too.

There has been an offer of two boxes of products,which is extremely lacking to say that I am over £111 in deficit at a bank holiday weekend.

Appalling customer service and I feel no better since using their various products for several months.

Don't waste your money

Having read reviews on this product I was led to believe that the benefits would materialise quickly but unfortunately the tablets have had absolutely no effect and my sleep pattern remains unchanged. However, I was more concerned about the lack of knowledge round the hormone harmony product. I asked whether this could be taken alongside hrt as I had had to reduce my hrt dosage and was told that they weren't medical people, hadn't done any relevant research and couldn't advise but thanked me for "reaching out" liberally peppered with emojis and suggested I seek advice from my medical advisor. I find it difficult to believe that a company marketing aĺnd selling products promoting hormonal wellbeing would not be aware of potential side effects and contraindications and for this reason I have no confidence in it's efficacy.

Over priced and disappointing

Items not what I would expect for the price.
Leggings rolling down from her waist band and not even exercised in them yet.

Couldn't apply my first order discount because I chose to but a vest at the same time. It may well be in the terms and conditions but I'm not buying from this company again.
Customer service staff polite in their interactions and colour of items true to image.

And where are your XL and XXL models??

Excluding and not diverse enough for me.

All items are going back.

Complaint handling

I have had three months of complaining that my meters have been read and still do not have an accurate bill or my credit returned.
I have requested that I speak with someone instead I'm left to engage in some unhelpful e mail exchanges.
The offer of compensation has only recently been made and it is inadequate.
I have had both meters read twice and the do not have a record of the first readings. A rearranged appointment to read them again was made and both meters were read. I am in credit but the money will not be returned to me as the call handler only arranged for one meter to be read. They have arranged another reading of the meter but arranged the date without any consultation with me and it is several weeks away. Meanwhile my credit remains with them and not me.
I am left with no choice but to contact the energy ombudsman as my complaint is not being dealt with satisfactorily;this will cause me further upset and more time will be spent explaining about the incompetent staff member and poor complaints procedure.

I'll be looking to leave due to this unhelpful experience.
