The product was just as described

The product was just as described, very good pricing. The communication and affirmation of sale is NOT good.
I honestly thought we would never see the product arrive because the purchase was not even confirmed by email. The Prada Sunglasses did show up eventually and we are very pleased.

This is NOT YOUR PLACE to buy tickets…

This is NOT YOUR PLACE to buy tickets for a concert! I purchased 2 tickets to see the CURE ON JUNE 29 2023.
I selected printed tickets when I paid for them and they couldn't deliver them as requested. They sent me vague and unprofessional info to find my tickets on ticket Master app. After a futile search for my tickets at the venue, I could not access my tickets and could not go inside to see the concert. BE AWARE that this ticket reseller does not care if you get to see the concert, they only care that they recieved your money. There are too many good choices to buy tickets to buy from these pirates. I will leave many reviews on many sites so that others won't experience what we did. This is a one star review and they deserve a zero star review! *** BEWARE***

It sounds like your tickets were a digital download, and that they were transered to you by the seller with instructions on how to download them via TicketMaster. This is standard. This company should just close the doors. They have no business being in the package delivery business... if you call them about missing or late packages they have no clue where, when or how you may eventually recieve your package.

Listening is the Key

Ordered some thermal sleeves and Beeswax candle covers. The Sleeves were bigger in diameter then the Candle covers when they arrived after waiting for the parts. Would that not be a sign that the person on the phone either picked and packaged the wrong parts? or Just did not notice when she recommended these parts numbers? When I called to get the right parts the person helping me was ambivalent..... as though she didnt do it so its not her problem. Not good!
