Very long wait (20+ minutes) for call to be answered with music which was far too loud.

Pharmacy2U are pretty good and responsive, the weak link can be the time that the Royal Mail take to deliver.

Despite the age of my Hall's greenhouse the required parts were readily available and the speed of delivery and help I received were first class.

Always so pleasant and helpful.

The lady, Celia, I think, was most helpful in putting the policy together for me.

The expected medicine arrived in good time

Generally excellent, though on my last but one order only 1 of the 3 items were despatched. I reordered the missing two, which duly arrived.

I placed my order and it arrived arrived in little time and in good order.

The service is very good, the only let-down, when an order arrived very late, was entirely due to Royal Mail.

All went well, I secured the policy I needed without any hassle.

Apart from pre-Christmas, all orders have arrived very promptly. I think the problem probably lay with the Royal Mail - this one order took nearly 3 weeks!

So far, so good. Requested medicines have always arrived in a reasonable time and in good order.

Although I only have a couple of regular medicines, I find this a very convenient and, so far, reliable way to get them. For people with more needs, or less able to get to their nearest pharmacy, then Pharmacy2U definitely meets thier need.

Very pleased with service, sometimes the amount of packaging seems a bit excessive.

After some initial issues with log-on password, it works very well for me. Orders always arrive quickly, though I sometimes wonder whether the packaging is a little excessive.
In summary, well pleased.
