Having recently moved over from British Gas, I am so happy with Octopus' customer care. My call went through without a blip and your assistant Clare was able to offer me all the options I needed.
I was able to alter my standing order immediately and she gave other alternatives available, should I want to alter it, even for the month following.
Really impressed and glad I changed supplier.

We have been with Questor for some years now but, to date, have had no call on their services. As with any insurance service, it's not feasible to pass judgement until such time as we have the misforune to need them.
Saying that, I have always found the system very user friendly, particularly the forewarning prior to the automatic renewal.

Ordering was easy and the delivery was prompt, so no complaints.
As to the quality/variety of the sack of bulbs ordered, I'm afraid that I won't be able to comment until the flowers show up !

I ordered and received my part within a couple of days.
I found the website easy to use, the price was good and included free delivery.
All along, I was kept informed about the process and it duly arrived very quickly, well - packaged and labelled.

The process was very easy and offered a decent price.
However, as with all insurance, we have not yet had the need to claim from the policy.

I have always found Questor very easy to deal with and they have good customer service.
As yet, we have never had the need for the insurance aspect that we are paying for so I guess that that would prove to be the real test.

Just disappointing. We ordered and paid for a small part and were awaiting delivery only to find that the part was unobtainable and we had been refunded.

We needed to rearrange our ferry crossing and rather than wait on the telephone, I used B.Ferries online amendment system.
I had no idea that this was possible but found it extremely useful and very simple. A great addition to your booking sustem.

When our renewals policy was seemingly automatically renewed without what I considered proper consent, I gave Questor a rather miserable score in a subsequent survey.
Following an extremely professional and constructive contact with their customer services member (Shannon) I happily revise this to excellent. In my experience, it is rare to find a company even prepared to respond to a negative survey let alone to address it in such a helpful and positive way. It is really commendable and I wish to congratulate the company on their excellent follow - up on my perceived grievance.

Fortunately, we didn't need to use our car hire excess policy cover but found the price pretty competitive. We also needed to extend the cover by 36 x hours and were dealt with very efficiently, with paper copies forwarded to us straight away in Greece.

We've only just confirmed our 2016 holiday but it was all very straightforward and painless. Even the price looks extremely good so we will have to see how it all goes !
Have booked through FlowerCamping before and have been very happy with the sites,personnel that we have dealt with and the overall standards that they keep.
