One suitcase was left behind in Calgary on the 15th July (apple itag) It arrived in Newcastle on the evening of 17th Left messages on the swissport telephone number so many times I have lost count and not one reply. We are a captive audience to this incompetent baggage handling company and I am not happy that I have to give them 1star

The speed at which the contact lenses arrive could not be faulted..with one order there was not enough in stock but I was contacted by phone and it was explained that they would despatch what they had and the rest would be sent within the next week, and, that is what exactly happened. Very good service
