It would be better if the courier left…

It would be better if the courier left parcels with a person instead of just on the driveway.
Parcels get stolen when left in view of passing public.
Sometimes they don’t even ring the doorbell. They just drop the parcel and take a photo…. That’s not actually delivered!!!! That’s dumped.

I am now on my 3rd pair of frames in 7…

I am now on my 3rd pair of frames in 7 months. The first pair shattered due to the lenses being forced in and being too tight.
The brittle plastic of the Ray Ban frames had lots of stress fractures and then fell apart. I can’t see without glasses so even though I got replacement frames I had to start carrying spare glasses all the time.
The second pair were still Ray Bans but slightly different style. This time one arm snapped simply putting them on my face. They were only about 3 months old.
When I returned to the shop I was accused of breaking them and told I would need to pay for new frames.
I asked for the manager but was told there would be a manager for another 3 days. I was very stressed as I was due to be working away home in 4 days but had to wait for their decision on whether to fix my issue.
When I returned after 3 days there was still no sign of a manager but the lady said they would replace my frames with the same model.
She was rude and still suggesting it was all my fault even though I have worn glasses for many years and have never snapped an arm before. I was told I should learn how to put them on and off properly.
Needless to say I will NOT be going back to Vision Express for any eye tests or new specs!!

The staff were lovely but my frames…

The staff were lovely but my frames shattered after only 2 and a half months.
Apparently my lenses were too thick for the frames I chose. There were lots of small stress fractures throughout the frames. They literally fell into quite a few pieces.
Why wasn’t I told this at the time I chose them. I’ve now chosen different frames but I am worried that they will break.
I now have to carry a spare pair just in case.
I have no faith in the frames. I paid a lot on money for good frames and good lenses.
The staff had no problem sorting out a replacement pair but still this is not good enough when I rely so heavily on being able to see!!!

Wanted me to collect from the next street.

I’m trading at Christmas market that’s in a marquee. I’ve had stuff delivered lots over the years. This week I got a call from the driver who said he didn’t know where I was so I must meet him in the next road. I told him where I was them went out to try and find him.
Eventually I found him then he expected me to carry the 2 large boxes from there to the marquee. I had to beg him to take them on his trolley but he wasn’t happy and said he could only spend 2 minutes per customer.
That’s very poor service in my eyes. They should deliver to the address, not a hundred yards away.
