ForwardVia is great, but once it leaves them it is a different story.
Very easy to deal with and great customer service. The only time I have had issues is after the product has shipped. The updates/information from the shipping companies (Not ForwardVia) are often lacking to absolutely horrible. Delivery dates are almost always wrong and specific instructions, such as deliver at garage door, are ignored.

As you have mentioned, we do not have any control over how your package is transported and delivered once we hand it over to the courier. We do provide a range of shipping options, though, where you could try an alternative courier.
