Paid for a part and service, then was told they don't do it.

Ordered and paid £229.49 for stop start battery for my BMW X3.
Booked into Norwich branch to be fitted today. All done online. This morning, the branch called me to inform me, they don't supply and fit stop start batteries. I asked why the website took payment , the staff member said the website is not good. I would get a refund, but it can take up to 7 days.
He advised me to contact their sister company Halfords, as they supply and fit. I asked if the supplied the same battery, he didn't know.
I went on the Halfords website and the only stop start battery they supply is £252 plus £27 fitting. I now to to wait for my refund before I can order and have fitted a replacement battery.
Not good !

Terrible website and App

Terrible website and App, they are slow, glitchy and difficult to use.
Way to expensive.
Your constantly patting yourself on the back, publishing how well you are doing. Absolute rubbish.
Have been a member for 20yrs, and have stopped using your sites.
You need to reduce prices and sort out the rubbish App and website

Renewed my mobile contract 2 weeks ago…

Renewed my mobile contract 2 weeks ago . The whole thing was a fiasco, and I have received the worst customer service, I have ever had.
Was forced to cancel the contract and go elsewhere.

Best Customers Service

Have now made several purchases with SPORTSBIKESHOP.
They are very competitive with their prices, and have a very simple returns process.
However their customers service is the best. Would thoroughly recommend them 😀
