Harassment, and I would not trust this agent

One request for a viewing, months of cold phone calls, emails and unwanted communications from this harassing agent.
Some of the houses they send you aren't even built yet and in the T&Cs of the listing it says 'Disclaimer - images are CGI and may not be representative'.
I would not trust Fox&Sons with a house sale or purchase.

HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION

HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION - BEWARE

I believed I was paying a one-off £3 fee for a draft. But without notifying me Resume.io signed me up for a monthly subscription and have been secretly billing me £18 a month for months now. There is never any email or communication from them so I only just noticed.

Sly and devious billing. DO NOT USE.

The 7-day trial is designed to transition into a monthly plan if not canceled within the initial 7 days. This is explicitly mentioned during the 7-day trial payment process and reiterated in the email containing your payment confirmation.

If you wish to discontinue the subscription, you can easily cancel it at any time directly from the app. Keep in mind that even after canceling, you can still log back into Resume.io to access or make edits to your resume under the free plan.

Nightmare experience - DO NOT USE

EDIT: I sent an email to the address provided in the reply, and they have not helped in any way since. Customer service non-existent. DO NOT USE.

This summer we had a NIGHTMARE experience with HolidayAutos and would never use them again. I strongly recommend going DIRECT to car rental sites. This service was so bad it's put me off all third party booking sites.

What happened?
We booked a car to be picked up from Euston Avis at 4pm through the HolidayAutos website. When we arrived at the car rental at 4pm, the office was shut and nobody there. HolidayAutos had given us a booking OUTSIDE of office opening hours.

This was very frustrating as we had to travel to Heathrow Avis in a 2 hour round trip for a last minute replacement we sorted independently from HolidayAutos. 'Oh well' we thought, an honest mix-up that we can sort after our holiday and get a refund on the original booking.

Since then it's been the most painful customer experience I've ever had. 10 days between their email replies, and 6 weeks later they've confirmed they will not refund the booking they made incorrectly on our behalf. They're calling it a "No Show"! When the office was shut at the time of the booking! This has put us £400 out of pocket.

Please please please - if you're reading this - take my advice and go direct through Avis or similar. It would avoid any admin errors and certainly be easier to work with the customer service if something goes wrong.

Never again...

SCAM - AVOID

Same situation as below - emailed to get return details, given an address, as soon as I posted it RADIO SILENCE. Website’s phone # doesn’t work.

This company are great at fulfilling orders, but when it comes to refunding customers, these guys fall off the face of the earth.
Contact number is fake and doesn't exist, no response to my emails. Returned a product, no refund received and as above no response to emails

Worst ever experience booking flights

Opodo duplicated the name of one of my passengers (so my booking is for XYY not XYZ) and have refused to correct their error, saying I need to book the flight again at my own expense.

The Customer Service team promised 2 call backs which I never received, and on multiple occasions refused to hang up the phone so I would not be able to rate the quality of the call. They put you on hold for long periods in hope that you get tired and give up.

Worst travel company I've ever encountered, avoid at ALL costs.
