Great product great communications

Great product great communications, what I was after was not currently in stock so I was asked if I wanted to wait a few days more for delivery which I was. It comes tracked and well packaged, just what you would expect thats why I use The Paint Shed.

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear this was the case, the only recent order I can see for planters under the name Ashcroft is from back in August for 6 planters, we haven't had any contact regarding these having arrived damaged.

We can of course replace items which arrive damaged, we ask for any damages spotted on arrival to be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt so we can make a claim and replace for you (longer than this and its hard to prove to the couriers they caused the damage and it wasn't caused whilst with customers, we would often need an image in those cases to assist).

If you are the Ashcroft from August we can on this occasion still act regarding the damaged planters but would ask that you email us an image of said damage along with some order details.
