I called this company because I needed help at the last minute on a Sunday night....
No heating and no hot water with a young child in the house.
They turned up on time and solved the problem in time (no extra costs)...!!
The guy that came to carry out the work (Adam) I think his name was..!?
Was VERY professional.,
New exactly what he was doing..
A wealth of knowledge both in his work and many other things too (a credit to the company)
And I feel totally trustworthy.
He checked and double checked his work befor he left.
Would HIGHLY recommend this company and would certainly use again..
Phone contact was also freindly and helpful with clear communications and in contact throughout..
I find it better to have someone on the end of phone line rather than a computer.
