I booked my car in to have the steering tracked after I had replaced some suspension components, which had set the steering wheel slightly off centre. The retracking was done, and they also did a full safety inspection and report including, tyre tread depths, a general underside component inspection, battery condition and all fluid levels. A print out of the found results was given to me proving that (thankfully) my 15 year old Alfa Romeo was still in fine fettle and safe. All this at no extra cost to me. The initial job was done plus a piece of mind to know that my car is safe. Top marks to Protyre Ashbourne, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Purchased a Makita dtw700 impact wrench from here, at a very competitive price, the package was delivered the next day as promised. As a result I will certainly be back here should I need any additional tools in the future.

This was my first experience using carVertical, and although I've been a mechanic for most of my working life, there is no other way of knowing if a vehicle has a hidden history, but carVertical does. Also it shows if there is any finance linked to the car, plus enabling me to check mileage discrepancies, previous accident records and more. The only delivery company that gives a full tracking service right to your door, on the delivery day it even informs how many drops the driver has to do before yours. Plus, Yodel driver always knocks and waits for you to open the door, others tend to ring the bell, drops the parcel on the step and walks away.

Found the AA home insurance on a comparison web site. AA came up with the cheapest quote and the purchase was quick and easy.

When sitting with pencil and paper and working out which tariff might be best for me, I received a call from simply switch. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, she took my details of useage, which I already had in front of me, and quickly came up with British Gas as my cheapest option. As I had already got them in my top 2 suppliers I agreed to let her proceed with my switch. This went ahead very smoothly without any further help from me. Engineer arrived on time to fit new meters, he did have a problem with the gas meter due to its position but, the job was completed in a about 3 hours. Overall the the engineer was pleasant and very professional, the job was completed and left tidy.
