Easy to order and good advise when package ready for collection

Ordered the item was given a delivery date but no show, messaged to ask for another delivery date and was advised it was being looked into. Straight away was advised my goods were on the way and was delivered a couple of days later

Been wanting this t-shirt for a long time, to find it on line then quickly delivered is fantastic, love the quality of these shirts

From booking to completion they did a fantastic job, they cleaned up after each section was completed and considered our neighbours.

I have been a Freeman’s customer for many years always been great. Not this time though, let down by their delivery agents who lost my parcel. Freeman’s have refunded me but still disappointed.

Called ERG after my towel radiator came away from the wall, they asked if I needed the plumber straight away or next day, I arranged next day, I was given a time and the plumber turned up on time, looked at the job and said he could sort it out right away.
Made the radiator save and solid without any fus.
