​I rented a car through Carflexi

​I rented a car through Carflexi, which is an intermediary. Upon arriving at the airport, we were met by the direct car rental provider. Upon arriving at their office, we were demanded to pay a completely different amount, which was 2.5 times higher than the reserved price. This caused prolonged confusion; the rental company knew nothing about the Carflexi intermediary. During the rental period, our parked car was scratched by an unknown driver. We followed all the protocol. We registered the incident with the police, obtained the necessary document, etc. The car rental company charged €500.
Since I had full insurance through Carflexi, they must compensate me. This is where the problems start. My documents were accepted, but two months have passed, and I have not received the money back. I do not recommend buying full insurance through Carflexi. Take it directly from the car rental company if you want to avoid problems. The next step is the Ombudsman!

Ikea Lakside UK

I have placed my order at Ikea Lakeside on 13/03/2018. We agree about delivery date on 23/03/2018. Few days before delivery date I have received message that delivery was set on 05/04/2018. Just few days before delivery date I have received new message that delivery was set on 21/04/2018 and just few days before I have received new date for delivery on 04/05/2018. Then I start worry because it took too long and was made too many delays.
On 21/04/2018 I went to Lakeside Ikea and talked with customer service. They said that induction hob is no longer for sale so let’s why my order was delayed. However, no one has advised me to choose another hob. They said someone should call me on Monday.
23/04/2018 at 15:33 I called to Ikea. I talked with Connor and he said me next (email as confirmation of our conversation was sent later) :
Good Afternoon Erika,

Thanks for the call today, I want to personally apologies again for the inconvenience we have caused you regarding your kitchen order.

As I said on the phone Andrew from the Kitchen Installation Team in Lakeside will be calling you back in the next 10 minutes to clear everything up.

Your Ikea Reference number is XXXXXXX As discussed if you can call us after your kitchen I all sorted we can definitely sort out some sort of good will gesture as compensation for the inconvenience.

Hi,

I have looked into the case and order and it looks to have been delayed by store, so I am going to speak with the store once they open at 10am.
Once I have spoken with them, hopefully I can give you some answers.

I have called to Lakeside Ikea customer service today (30/04/2018 at 10:02) and lady said that delivery was set now on 7th of May 2018. So, I was just shocked and said that I do not trust any more this company (Ikea) and I want to cancel my order.

Regarding this situation I want make complain and ask for compensation for all my wasted time. This is not acceptable and Ikea’s customer service was unprofessional, they do not offered me any other missing or removed item from sale to be changed. I said to them for few times that I’m open to any change just tell me what we have to change. They do not offered me any other advice or even they do not call me back. Now I have to deal with Finance company to get refund.
This kitchen was very important to me as I’m natural cosmetic maker and my kitchen should be always clean and all items easy findable. In this time my kitchen was prepared to be removed so lot of item still in the boxes.

Selling items out of stock

I have ordered 3 items. It was 2 hair tonics and 1 hair mask. Have received 2 tonics and 1 hair shampoo without any warning. After contacted them they said this item is out of stock. But sorry, if I have ordered so i need right item...yes? And no refund for postage what I paid for delivery this goods. I would buy right goods from another supplier if I would can see what items is out of stock. Not happy
