Ordered 2x BMW Runflats. Best price locally and fitted by the mobile service a day quicker than would have been 'in store'. Very pleasant and helpful fitter who knew his stuff. Pleased.

Four wall lights ordered. Arrived as expected, very well packaged and all appear in good condition and of good quality. Not yet fitted but instructions are clear.

Books were competitively priced, securely packaged and delivered on time.

Helpful call centre, samples received promptly and blinds delivered within timescale promised.
The vertical blinds were easy to fit and work well. Will use again.

Ordered a cooker hood at DebenhamsPlus as the price on the site I'd planned to use had jumped substantially. Best price, easy to use website and for £5 the item was delivered the following day. Can't fault the service.

Having been horrified by the price quoted for Oak worktops by our kitchen supplier, we found Worktop Express online. We ordered two lengths of worktop, needing to alter the specification of one by 'phone at very late notice. Throughout, the company's staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Due to a 'joinery error' at our end, we needed to order a replacement worktop and this was again dealt with quickly and efficiently. Cannot fault this company, which has made a major property refurbishment that bit less stressful!

Came out to sort a minor blockage from house into drain - tenants had poured lots of fat etc down the kitchen sink - and flush out the drain. Arrived on time, friendly and businesslike service. Job completed quickly and operative checked beneath my other drain covers for me. Very good service.

We've been buying shoes from The Golden Boot for over a decade and a half for both our kids and ourselves. Unfailingly good 'customer service' and staff will always go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Recently got me a pair of men's shoes - a brand they don't regularly stock - ahead of the brand's own shop which couldn't even tell me what sizes were available. A great 'old fashioned' business in the very best sense of the word.

Recently purchased a 43" Sony BRAVIA Smart TV, a Panasonic HDD/ DVD Player/ Recorder, a Cambridge sound bar/ sub package and an Off The Wall stand from Richer Sounds in Maidstone..
