I used their service for a long time, 6-7 months in a row, 30 USD per month, but after that, I didn't renew the service cause I don't need that anymore, but now, when I need them again, they don't even let me log in, what kind of service is this?

Domain Registered in 2023, customer support said 2021! Pure scammers, I received a payment of 2296.76 and they held it, asked for documents, I provided. And it’s been about 4 days they haven’t replied, call center can’t provide an estimated time yet.
Pure scammers, don’t even put a penny on their app.
Update: They settled the amount after 5 days when I put this review on trustpilot or why they kept me waiting I don’t know. But I called them several times and got miss information and noticed very unprofessionalism.
So I recommend not to use this app for big amounts of transactions.

Scam Scam Scam! Big scam in Forex market I have ever seen!
When you will trade with small amount, its ok. But when you will deposit more, they will start scamming. There were a lot of unauthorised trades on my Avatrade account which I didn’t take.
I complained about unauthorized trades on my AvaTrade account, Avatrade didn’t respond me for a more than 5 days.
Forget about unauthorised trades, even what trades I took myself, those were closed automatically.
I will never use AvaTradde. And as a digital marketer, I will spend minimum 1000$ on Facebook and Google to make people aware about AvaTrade scam.
Thank you everyone, please don’t lose your money here.

It was a great mistake to use their service.
I took a number, then they said I can't use it until I top up, So I top up 5 USD and then found the number still is not active. Their support said I need 6 USD to just activate the number. And their minimum deposit is 5$, so I top up 5$ again, activated my number, after doing all this, I was unable to use the number in WhatsApp, and their support said it's not their responsibility to fix what's app issue...
And whenever I asked for a refund, they left the chat.
Total Spam service.
