Please be aware if like me it takes you…

Please be aware if like me it takes you two hours to get through passport control because they have no staff, Your booking will be cancelled and you will be left stranded at the airport, your complaint won’t be answered.

I was told by the driver waiting that the booking had been cancelled, not by me.
I have all the message between me and the driver telling him we were stuck at passport control, which you kindly cancelled the booking and left us stranded, I am disabled and two young kids

Got delayed in passport control as JFK…

Got delayed in passport control as JFK only had two people working, got a message to say are transferred had now been cancelled, had to get a taxi in the heat and my 13 year old son fainted, truly awful experience finding it hard to raise the issue through the email address they sent me.

We got delayed at JFK so they cancelled the booking and I’m having difficulty getting in touch to raise the issue

Terrible service after my clutch broke…

Terrible service after my clutch broke on my 10 month car I was made to pay £3008 to get it repaired by Nissan who said it was wear and tear after 9k mile.
I ask Alphbet to look into the issue, alls they did was get the report from Nissan and excepted what they said without doing their own investigation. After lookers have my car for 6 months, I went to collect the car £3008 lighter only to find the gearbox is broken. I have send emails request a call but nothing don’t seem to want to know. Never ever use this company again

They only got one star as I can’t give…

They only got one star as I can’t give lower.
Avoid Nissan absolute joke of a company and even worse cars, had mine 10 month from new the things started to go wrong.
It’s been in Lookers since the beginning of March and I’ve paid £2750 as they say my clutch is covered under warranty after 9k miles

Warranty issue …

Had a 2024 Nissan qashqai 10 months from new, then warning light came on issue with second battery got messed about but fixed 3 months later, a month after that just coming off the motorway a load bang at the front of the car, had to wait 9 hours for the RAC to turn up and say your clutch has gone after 12 months and 9k miles, Nissan all the why through have been horrendous and not get in touch, only telling me when I rang up after them having my car for 3 months it’s not covered under warranty and you will need to pay £3008 to get your car back, this is the short version of the story, after having 2 Nissans before this one I would advise no one to buy one awful company

Christmas night out

I was after a particular jumper and couldn’t get the size anywhere my search engine suggested this website I’d never heard of, checking the jumper was the same but for £80 cheaper I ordered it. Then I check the website maybe should have done this 1st? Seen it was based aboard so I was thinking this won’t turn up but it did and was perfect I will be checking the website on my next purchases 1st,
