They were particularly flexible when our plans changed at short notice with the move only confirmed with two days notice, the whole process was managed expertly. On the day of the move the crew were brilliant, they worked tirelessly and with no fuss to get everything completed on time. They constantly checked how we wanted things done, and what hey could do to make the move better for us. We're really pleased with our purchases; a double bed, triple wardrobe, two bedside tables and a huge mirror, they look gorgeous. The delivery men did an outstanding job getting everything up the stairs and around a tight corner, all with a positive attitude and without complaint. The furniture required some self assembly, but this went together easily due to the high quality. It was well packaged too; we needed two trips to the recycling centre in a Ford C-Max to get rid of all the cardboard and polystyrene. All in all an excellent job, thank you.
