Poor website

Although the website states that the product was correct for the model it did not fit. I had to return the item for a refund. I will not be using this site again.

If a part is incompatible, faulty or damaged, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund.

Poor state of delivery

Unfortunately the tiles were not strapped onto the pallet securely. This allowed the packs of tiles to move and resulted in at least one complete box of broken tiles.
